Cancellation Policy

Effective October 1, 2014

Circumstances may arise that will require a cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment.  The following policies are in place to ensure that all valued clients can be served effectively.

CANCELLATIONS

24-hour advanced notice is required for appointment cancellations. The online booking service will allow you to cancel your appointments as necessary or you may call 510.621.8889.

NO SHOWS

Failure to show for a scheduled appointment without cancelling it online, calling, texting or emailing, will lead to the client being charged for the full price of the missed service.

LATE ARRIVALS

To ensure that the best services given to clients, I have allocated the necessary time to complete each service. Arriving on time for your scheduled service(s) insures the proper time necessary for me to comfortably complete your services and provide you with an incredible experience. I reserve the right to decline any service to a client who is 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment without prior notification.
